Rana Desar, founder of Bience Estates, is a leading interior design and real estate expert with over 20 years of experience. Holding degrees from Montreal, and Master Degree from Cal Poly Pomona, and UCLA, along with a LEED AP certification, she combines sustainable design innovation with the glamour of high-end hospitality. Fluent in Turkish, Farsi, and English, Rana is able to connect with a diverse range of clients. But Rana’s expertise doesn’t stop at design. She is also a skilled real estate strategist with an exceptional eye for maximizing property potential. Rana works with both investors and homeowners, helping them make informed decisions to enhance property value. Whether guiding buyers to homes that fit their budget and lifestyle, or advising sellers on preparing their homes for the highest return, she ensures every decision maximizes both aesthetic and financial value.
Mahshid “Mash” Garakani, co-founder of Bience Estates, is a seasoned Broker Associate with over 22 years of excellence in residential and luxury real estate across Los Angeles and Orange County. Renowned for her white-glove, concierge-style service and refined market knowledge, Mash offers full-spectrum relocation expertise, strategic negotiations, and unwavering guidance rooted in trust and transparency. Holding a BA in Consumer Affairs from Cal State Long Beach, Mash also holds certifications in Relocation (CRP),Global Mobility Services (GMS),Senior Real Estate Services (SRES),Short Sale & Foreclosure (SFR), and Probate (CPE). Her depth of knowledge and specialization ensures every client’s experience is handled with precision, discretion, and care.
